Just order
How can I find the product of my choice?
You can use the menu or search by keyword for the name or type of product (use the search function). Did not find what you wanted? Please contact customer service: call +33 (0) 4 84 250 500 or through the contact form: Contact form - Information request (click here)
How can I order?
Place the product of your choice in your basket by clicking on the “basket” button / pictogram. Then click on “add more items” to explore the range further or on “Payment”. You're done, so fill in your details and go to the next steps. It is only at the end of step 4 (order confirmation) that if you have to confirm the purchase, your order is final. Before confirming your order in step 4, you are always free to make any changes.
Can I have it delivered to another address or change my address later? You can!
When ordering, in step 3 (Contact details), you can indicate that you want to use a different delivery address or indicate your new address.
I receive a message when I placed an order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email, the shipping time depends on your choice of payment method. The goods are usually dispatched the day after receipt of your payment. You can follow the evolution of it by clicking on the link in the email you will receive. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the status of your order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we advise you to contact customer service (within 12 hours at the latest after your order): immediately call 04 84 250 500 (between 8:30 am-12pm and 13:30 pm and 17:00 pm) or send a message via the contact form: Contact form - Information request (click here)
