9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
Any dispute related to the use of the site Bionetal is subject to French law. It shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the competent courts of Paris.

11. Lexicon.
User: Internet connecting, using the aforementioned site.
Personal information: "information that allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to which they apply" (article 4 of the law 78-17 of 6 January 1978).
A MANIPULATOR makes false, insulting and defamatory comments on his Youtube channel against our company, its director and our brand. He calls us crooks, but how come in 25 years of existence our company and its leader have never been convicted! The scammer is indeed him, because through his actions we have lost €23.600 in unpaid invoices and stock of goods and equipment which we are trying to recover through legal action. He hid and used our stock and equipment worth €19.000 for his personal account or for the companies and people he names in his videos! These amounts were declared to Maître SAULNIER PONROY and associates, Liquidator in ORLEANS.
Beneath his appearance of a victim, this person is in reality an opportunist and a liar, who will not hesitate to deny his convictions at the slightest opportunity. Please know that we will not let him make such false comments and that legal proceedings will be launched against him.
He is a storyteller who prefers to deliberately and easily smear us on YouTube rather than using another route that could prove him wrong. He will not take legal action directly, he will ask others to do so because he himself is likely to be controlled and caught for illegal work and actions. The HEPRO company and its director have no decision-making power and no responsibility regarding the management of the company that employs it. He was an employee of Symbio2 SAS, he knows very well that he will not be prosecuted for the simplified liquidation of the latter because he did not hold a managerial position, on the other hand on his videos, he does not say a word on this and suggests that he was the “leader” who was allegedly flouted. He tries to pity us by showing his pay slips from SAS Symbio2, but that is none of our business, in fact one of his slips proves that there were false declarations! You can see who we really are on “société.com” and you will see that we are very far from being a big crooked industrialist and the image he wants to give of us. You can also check that we own the brand “bionetal” (bases-marques.inpi.fr). This person claims that he has patented formulations when this is an additional lie (patents must be published to claim possession and you must obtain a PUBLICATION NUMBER (which he does not give in his videos, he only speaks of a notice of receipt from the INPI which proves nothing!). Do not be impressed when he speaks of the Ministry of Defense, this is usual for all patent applications, the army must always check whether they can claim priority. You can easily check if this manipulator has a published patent by doing a search with his name on: bases-brevets.inpi.fr. There is no patent filing for his first and last name. Patent applications undergo a six-month period at the end of which they will either be rejected or registered. These so-called patents will therefore be rejected, because this person confirms in his videos that we were already aware of them, except that a patent must be kept secret at the time of filing. Furthermore, we never witnessed his manufacturing methods (which he kept very secret). He is trying to manipulate you again by telling you that his formulas have been published! Do you imagine that a detergent or a multi-purpose cleaner is patentable when they were manufactured with bases known by all manufacturers in the world, by simple mixing of these and therefore without an innovative technique! We are bordering on ridiculousness! This person had also proceeded in the same way by presenting a document from Ecocert which did not indicate that he was Ecocert certified but only a manufacturer on behalf of Hepro! It will not promote ecology if it is represented by this type of character!
For your information, we are the only owners of the formulations registered with ECOCERT, you can check our commitment to this label (company search: HEPRO) with this link: ap.ecocert.com . The Symbio2 company for which this person worked was Façonnier, i.e. a conditioner and filler and therefore not Ecocert certified (See the Ecocert document with this link). Moreover, the formulations that this person had proposed initially (in 2019) were all refused by ECOCERT because they were not sufficiently ecological, which is why our certification file took a year to be accepted!
When we arrived in 2017, this company (Symbio2) was refused by all traditional French banks and used an account opened on the internet in Belgium. Maybe someone from this company was "blacklisted", we'll leave it to you to guess who. We were able to get her to open an account at the Caisse d'Epargne. This person received Pôle-Emploi benefits while working. Then thanks to us, he was able to receive a salary. We have invested more than €100.000 in three years. During the confinement, he put pressure on us and announced in several of his emails an amount for a personal need (€17.000). This was unrelated to our professional activity, we of course immediately refused. Additionally, the stock he features in his videos is all ours and our suppliers have all been paid on time. Having not received a favorable response to his requests, this person voluntarily blocked our stock and refused to deliver to us for six weeks during confinement! He was not the manager, so he overstepped his duties in the Symbio2 company. In addition, he tried to take over Hepro's customer base for his own account. Its goal was to put Hepro in financial difficulty in order to be able to take over the Bionetal activity for its own benefit. He had this in mind for several months. With all our investments and such behavior, we did not give up and held on and since then we have been working with a real chemist to improve and develop products better than what he offered. As he himself says in his video, most of his formulas date from 1997!
By influencing and manipulating the president of Symbio2 SAS for simplified liquidation, he made it possible to block the situation and no longer reimburse the creditors. We had learned that this lady (who had been named president of the SAS!) had difficulty reading and writing, so she served as a nominee. This would mean that there was abuse of a weak person! By appointing her as president, this manipulator could act as he pleased! Today, he is once again starting his illegal actions by taking advantage of the stock that does not belong to him and surely by continuing to receive compensation from Pôle-Emploi at the same time.
