Bionetal Roof Cleaner acts effectively on many surfaces:

1- deposits and fouling of buildings, houses, roofs, terraces, facades and walls, tombstones, historical monuments, glass roofs, stairs, paving, swimming pool copings, statues, interlocking paving stones, wood***, glass, tarpaulins , PVC etc.

2- the red traces of the facades**.
3- the saltpeter of the old walls.

Can be used on different supports such as stone, brick, concrete, fiber cement, terracotta tiles, coatings and slate.

** For red marks, we advise you to spray the walls well (1 liter for 5 to 8 m²), leave to act for 24 hours then brush (using a brush regularly dipped in water to create a lather) then rinse with a medium jet (not high pressure). A haze may remain, this should fade over time.

*** On wood, carry out a preliminary test as there is a risk of lightening on the surface.

Treated surfaces (pure or diluted):

Use Pure : 1L = approximately 10m² (acts in less than an hour on moss)

Diluted to 50% : 1L + 1L of water = approximately 20m² (action time of 6 to 12 hours on moss)

Diluted to 33% : 1L + 2L of water = approximately 30m² (action time of a few days on moss)

Please note: Avoid applying the product to zinc, copper and aluminum elements, as there is a risk of bleaching. Do not spray on painted surfaces (metal, iron, wood, walls, etc.) as well as on metal cladding, rooms and roofs. Carry out a preliminary test on an inconspicuous part and leave to act for at least 24 hours then rinse to validate the treatment on all types of coverings. For coatings based on organic or artificial materials (resins, facade coatings based on organic binders, bitumen, asphalt, tar, etc.) check compatibility with the manufacturer or carry out a test as indicated previously. Depending on the type of raw wood, it may become lighter or darker for weeks/months, rinse 1 hour after application. To avoid projections, do not use in windy conditions. Protect areas at risk (vegetation, surfaces mentioned above, etc.) well. To be used frost-free. Temperature between 10°C and 25°C. Dew point not reached. Hygrometry less than 70%. No rain 24 hours before and after application. Be careful, the product can make surfaces slippery!
